I’m actually a bit surprised that Wiki(media) is protesting about some US gov’t bills by shutting down wikipedia. Its quite a bold statement that just might work.  It has me thinking that kids won’t be able to complete their essays on time now… how did they do them before?

“Today, the Wikipedia community announced its decision to black out the English-language Wikipedia for 24 hours, worldwide, beginning at 05:00 UTC on Wednesday, January 18 […]. The blackout is a protest against proposed legislation in the United States – the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) in the U.S. House of Representatives, and the PROTECT IP Act (PIPA) in the U.S. Senate – that, if passed, would seriously damage the free and open Internet, including Wikipedia.”

1MB Corporation has completed another successful integration.  The integration was between Ivendere  (http://www.ivendere.com) and Copious (http://www.copious.com).

Copious (beta) is a new company that is using social networking to provide a new way to create a trusted fabric of sellers and buyers.  Ivendere is a multi-channel selling platform designed to link multiple selling venues together and track sales/shipping/inventory from a single view.
